What is a Benchmarking?

A benchmark report is a report that compares your own data with that of your peers in GA4, so that you can know where you stand in the industry and make better assessments.

Peers are the industry types you selected when creating GA4.

Rules of Benchmarking

  • Properties must also have a minimum volume of users and be generating a minimum volume of meaningful data in order to be included in a peer group and contribute to its benchmarking metrics.
  • Benchmarking data is refreshed every 24 hours.
  • Benchmarking data is available starting May 30, 2024 onwards.
